Shipping and delivery
Delivery is included in the price of every product on this site. There is no shipping charge at checkout and no minimum order to qualify. This page covers where we deliver, what happens at the border, and how long delivery takes.
Processing and delivery
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 3–7 business days across the EU countries we serve. We hold stock in Poland and ship from there, so parcels travel within the EU rather than from Asia.
Where we deliver
We currently serve 25 countries, all within the European Union, shipped from a warehouse in Poland. Because goods move inside the EU single market, there is no customs border between our warehouse and your address.

Country codes are shown as they appear at checkout. Every country above is served from the same warehouse, so the only difference between them is the length of the final delivery leg.

Where we do not deliver yet
The following regions are outside the scope of the current launch. The reason is compliance, not distance.

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. These are our standard targets, measured from a cleared payment; if you need a firm date before ordering, ask and we will confirm against current stock and destination.
If you need a delivery date before ordering
Ask. Tell us the models, quantities and destination and we will confirm whether we can meet your date from stock in Poland. For anything time-critical — a vehicle off the road, a pack that has to go back into service — say so and we will answer honestly rather than take the order and hope.
Questions
Is shipping really included in the price?
Yes. The price on each product page already covers delivery to every country listed on this page. Nothing is added for shipping at checkout, and there is no free-shipping threshold to reach — a single board ships at the same price as ten.
Which countries do you ship to?
We ship to 25 countries across the European Union from a warehouse in Poland. The full list is on this page. The United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway are not yet served because they sit outside the EU customs and VAT area and require separate registration.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery then takes 3–7 business days for the countries we serve, shipped from stock held in Poland. These are our standard targets; if a specific date matters to you, ask before ordering and we will confirm against current stock and destination.
Why are some countries not served?
The United Kingdom, Switzerland and Norway are outside the EU single market. Selling there means separate VAT registration and export declarations, and that compliance work is not finished. This is a paperwork problem rather than a delivery problem — the parcel would physically arrive, but we would be selling without the registrations in place.
Do I pay import duty or VAT on delivery?
Within the EU, goods move from our Polish warehouse to you without a customs border, so no import duty arises. Displayed prices already include VAT — nothing is added at checkout.
What if my country is not on the list?
Send the model and the destination and we will tell you whether we can reach you and on what terms. For destinations outside the EU we can sometimes quote a delivered price through a forwarding partner, but we will not take an order we cannot ship compliantly.
