Support
Documentation, selection guidance and policy terms. If your question is about wiring or safety, it goes to a technician — see Contact.
Choosing the right board
These three pages answer the question that decides the purchase. They do not recommend a model until the model data is verified — they tell you what to measure.
- BMS sizing calculator
Work out the pack voltage and continuous current your load needs, before any model is involved. Every figure shown with its formula.
- Compatibility guide
What fits what: inverter protocols, charger types, accessory relationships — and what only appears to fit.
- B2B wholesale
Ten units in a mixed order, invoicing, payment terms, and what we cannot offer yet.
Delivery, documents and returns
Once an order exists, these are the four pages that matter. Two of them are still in draft — the status column says which, and what is holding it.
| Page | What it answers | Status |
|---|---|---|
| Manuals and wiring diagrams | Current-revision manuals, pinouts and wiring references. | Draft Distribution rights pending |
| Shipping and delivery | Which countries we deliver to, what the price includes, and where duties apply. | Ready Lead times await carrier quotes |
| Stock and warehouses | Where the stock ships from, which countries are served, and what is not open yet. | Ready US warehouse not open |
| Returns and warranty | Return windows, warranty terms, and who bears what when something fails. | Draft Legal review |
About and contact
These two sit under Support rather than in the main navigation, because they answer the same kind of question: who is behind this, and who do I reach when something goes wrong.
- About JKBMS
Who we are, what we do not claim, and what our relationship to the manufacturer is.
- Contact and quotes
Technical questions go to a technician. Quote requests come back within two working days.
Some questions are not answered in writing first
Safety escalation
Anything involving mains-connected equipment, a pack that has already vented or swollen, or a configuration outside the documented series range is treated as a safety case. We will ask for photographs and measurements before giving a course of action, and we will tell you to stop using the pack if the evidence points that way.
