US and EU stock
One warehouse is open, and it is in Poland. It covers 25 countries with delivery already included in the price. A US warehouse is not open, and we would rather say so than quote a lead time we cannot hold.

Which warehouse serves you
A warehouse only appears as open once it can actually ship. Everything else is listed below it, with the reason it is not available.
Poland warehouse
Stock is held in Poland and dispatched from there. Delivery is included in the product price for every country in the served area; no shipping line is added at checkout.

Not open
United States warehouse
We do not yet publish a US warehouse. Until the arrangement is signed and the state tax position is settled, US orders are not offered rather than quoted with a lead time we cannot hold.

Where we deliver, and what it costs
Delivery is inside the product price. The only exception is a small fixed surcharge in two zones where the last mile costs materially more — it is shown on the product page before you order, never added at checkout.

5 zones at no extra cost, 0 with a fixed surcharge. Surcharges exist because the last mile in those zones is quoted materially higher, not because the product costs more there.
What is not served yet
UK, Switzerland, Norway and Iceland are outside the served area
These are not a pricing problem. Selling into them from an EU warehouse means export declarations and, in most cases, a local VAT registration. Until that is arranged, orders from these countries cannot be accepted — we would rather refuse the order than ship it and let it be held in customs.
If you are outside the served area and need a specific model,ask us for a quote — a DDP shipment can sometimes be arranged case by case.
Buying more than ten units?
Mixed orders of ten or more units are priced from a different cost tier. That is a pricing rule, not a separate warehouse arrangement — the stock still ships from Poland.
