B2B wholesale

For resellers, installers and pack builders. Volume prices are quoted per order — there is no published tier table and no published minimum order quantity. Everything below is what we actually apply, and the terms we cannot offer yet are marked as such.

This page is not finished

Volume prices are quoted per order, so there is no price table to check here. The commercial terms around it — invoicing entity, payment terms, drop-shipping liability — are still with legal and finance. The request itself can be sent today: the contact page composes it in your own email client.

We publish this page in its incomplete state rather than filling it with plausible-looking detail. If you need an answer now, ask us directly.

Three ways to buy, not a discount ladder

There is no tier table to compare against. A trade price is quoted from the actual mix, the actual destination and the actual carriage, which is why the figure only exists once an order is described.

01

A single board

The published price on the product page applies. One unit ships from Poland with delivery included. No account, no minimum, no conditions.

02

A mixed-model order

Send the models and quantities. Carriage is charged once per shipment, so a consolidated order costs less per unit than the same boards bought separately — the figure depends on the mix and the destination, so it is quoted per order.

03

Repeat or project volume

A fixed bill of materials, a delivery schedule, or a standing reorder. Priced per project against real availability and real carriage, and written down with the terms it assumes.

Why a consolidated order costs less per unit

Carriage is charged once per shipment, so the per-unit cost falls as an order consolidates. That is arithmetic, not a promotional discount — and it is the whole reason a volume price can exist at all.

Delivery is charged once per parcel

A consolidated order moves as one shipment with one last-mile charge. Spread over several boards, that per-unit cost falls — but it never reaches zero, and the exact figure depends on weight and destination. That is why we quote it instead of publishing a percentage.

Most trade enquiries start around ten units

A pack builder replacing boards across a fleet, or an installer stocking a van, orders in tens. That is where the conversation usually starts — it is a description of our customers, not a threshold we impose.

What we can do today, and what needs a conversation

Splitting these two is deliberate. The left column is what you can rely on when you order. The right column is what we are not going to promise in writing until it is actually arranged.

Commercial terms

  • VAT invoices — the invoicing entity and VAT treatment are not finalised
  • Payment terms — no net-30 or credit lines are offered yet

Questions we get before the first order

Is there a minimum order quantity?

None is published, and we are not going to invent one. Most mixed-model trade enquiries start around ten units because that is where carriage stops dominating the unit cost — but a smaller request is still worth sending, and a larger one is not automatically cheaper per unit.

Do I need to register as a business?

No. A trade quote does not depend on a customer tier. What does require a business relationship is invoicing, payment terms and drop-shipping — those are in the right-hand column above.

Can you ship to a country outside the served area?

Not on standard terms. The UK, Switzerland, Norway and Iceland need export declarations and a local VAT registration. A DDP shipment can sometimes be arranged case by case — ask first.

How long does a quotation take?

Two working days for a bill of materials we can price from the current table. Longer if the request needs a model we have not verified yet — in that case we will say which model is holding it up rather than send a placeholder number.

No volume price table, on purpose

One reason, and it is enough. A trade price depends on the mix, the destination and the carriage, so a table would be wrong for some combination — and it would be the combination you relied on.

Ask for a quotation and you get a number written down with the terms it assumes. Nothing on this page is a binding offer.

For EU installations, the compatibility guide answers which compliance documents exist, who issues them and when. Document requests go through the same contact route, not through a price list.

Request a quotation

Send the models and quantities, the destination country, and what the pack is powering. That is enough to price it and to flag anything that will not work before you commit.
