Shipping, returns and warranty
Every term below is in draft and no orders are being taken. When checkout opens, these terms will be final, dated, and attached to your order confirmation.
No orders are being accepted
Nothing on this page binds you or us yet. It exists so that the terms are written before they are needed, rather than after the first dispute.
What we will not guess
Each of these could be filled with a plausible answer today. We are leaving them blank instead — and saying what each one is waiting on.

Every policy document, and its state
These are written but not final. Each is marked Draft because legal review and the fulfilment details they depend on are still open. The shipping page is already published separately, because its facts (where we deliver, what the price includes) are settled.
- Returns and refunds
Withdrawal rights, faulty goods, transit damage — and who pays carriage in each case.
- Warranty
Your legal guarantee, and any additional commercial warranty, stated separately.
- Privacy policy
What the site collects today, what it does not, and what is still pending legal review.
- Terms of Sale
When a contract forms, prices and tax, delivery, and dispute resolution.
Three things that get conflated
No sales tax owed, no import duty owed, and no additional charge at delivery are not the same statement. Which applies depends on your country and on the value of the order.
| Statement | What it actually says |
|---|---|
| No sales tax owed | The seller does not charge tax on the invoice. |
| No import duty owed | Your customs authority does not charge duty on this commodity at this value. |
| No extra charge at delivery | No carrier handling or clearance fee is billed to you on arrival. |
We will state each separately or not at all — we will never write that a shipment carries “no extra charges” unless that is true for your destination.
