These terms apply to orders placed on this store
By placing an order through this store you accept these terms. They do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, including the withdrawal right described below. For business or bulk purchases, a separately issued written quotation may set additional terms.

These terms in summary
- A contract is formed when we confirm your order; a written quotation remains valid for the period stated on it.
- Prices, and how tax and delivery are shown. Our displayed prices are inclusive of VAT and delivery to the countries we serve — nothing is added at checkout. We do not describe anything as “duty free” or “no extra charges” unless that is verifiably true for your destination.
- Delivery: goods ship from our warehouse in Poland; risk passes to you on delivery. Processing and delivery targets are on the Shipping page.
- The right of withdrawal for consumers in the EU and UK: a 30-dayperiod from delivery, how to exercise it, and the model withdrawal form. Not telling you about this right would extend the period — so it is stated plainly here and on Returns.
- Returns for reasons other than withdrawal, and who pays carriage in each case — see Returns.
- Warranty, stated as two separate things: the legal conformity guarantee you have where you live, and any additional commercial warranty we offer on top of it. One cannot shorten the other — see Warranty.
- Refunds are made to the original payment method, in the original amount paid; see Returns for the currency and timing rules.
- Governing law: these terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence (for EU consumers, the law of your habitual residence applies where it gives you greater protection). Disputes may be brought before the courts competent under those mandatory rules.
What is already decided
- We do not sell to countries where the product's required certification is not in place. That is a legal constraint, not a commercial choice.
- Descriptions, prices and availability may change until an order is confirmed; nothing on this site is a binding offer before that point.
- Product specifications are published only with a named verifier and a source document. Where a value is unverified it is shown as such rather than guessed.
