One year, from documented delivery
Hardware carries a one-year limited warranty from the date delivery is documented. It covers verified defects in materials or workmanship, under correct installation and use within published specifications. Your statutory rights are separate and are not reduced by anything on this page.
Whose warranty this is
The one-year limited warranty is provided by the manufacturer,Chengdu Jikong Technology Co., Ltd (成都极空科技有限公司), and is passed on to you unchanged — we do not shorten it and we do not add conditions to it. Your seller, and the party you can claim against directly, is the company named in our Terms of Sale. You never have to contact the factory yourself: send the claim to us and we handle it.
Two different things that are often confused

What the warranty will not cover
These are the situations that actually cause disputes. They are the manufacturer's stated exclusions, not conditions we invented — and they do not override any right you have by law.
- Wiring errors. Reversed sense-lead order, main terminals connected backwards, or a pre-charge path omitted. These damage the board instantly and are visible in the damage pattern.
- Operation outside the documented range. More cells in series than rated, a chemistry the board is not rated for, or a current the continuous rating does not allow.
- Liquid ingress and corrosion. Unless the product is sold as ingress-protected and installed as its instructions require.
- Modified firmware. Flashing firmware other than the manufacturer's release changes behaviour in ways that cannot be separated from a fault.
- Consumables and accessories — harnesses, fuses, mounting hardware.
Consumers keep their statutory rights
Nothing above reduces the rights you have under the consumer law of your country of residence, including the right to a remedy where goods do not conform to their description. If a limitation in this page conflicts with a mandatory rule where you live, the mandatory rule applies.
Making a claim
Send the order reference, the board's model string and revision, photographs of the board and of the damage, and a description of the configuration it was operating in. Without the revision, we cannot tell which hardware you have. Contact us.
