Technical questions go to a technician, not a script. Sizing and compatibility answers come back with the document they are based on — or with an explicit “not confirmed”. Replies arrive by email within two working days.
Bulk quote request — what the first message needs
A bulk or project price is prepared per request: the models, the quantities, the destination and the carriage are checked before a figure is written down. There is no published volume price list to quote from.

Compliance document request — what the first message needs
No CE or UN38.3 document has been verified and archived for a model listed here, so this request is a check with the manufacturer, not a document download. Tell us the exact models, the destination country and the document your project requires. We will reply either with the document and its holder, or with a written statement that it is not available.

What to include in the first message
Most threads become answerable in one round if the first message carries four facts. Without them the answer is a guess, so we ask for them before answering.
- Chemistry
- LiFePO4 or NMC
- Sets the per-cell voltage window the board must be rated for.
- Series count
- e.g. 16S
- Not the pack voltage — 48 V is 15S or 16S depending on chemistry.
- Continuous load
- What the pack powers
- Decides the continuous current rating, before any peaks.
- Counterpart
- Inverter / charger model
- Compatibility is a property of the pairing, not of the board.
Where each kind of question goes
Four common topics and the detail that makes each one answerable. Quote requests are answered within two working days.
- BMS sizing
Cell chemistry, series count, continuous and peak current, load type.
- Compatibility
Inverter or charger model, existing protocol (CAN / RS485 / UART), baud rate if known.
- Repair
Board revision, symptom, and what was already tested.
- Wholesale / pack build
Volume, destination country, and the documentation you need with it.
